Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Retail Expert roles at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will work on-site, provide hands-on tax preparation, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role supports community engagement, local marketing efforts, and ongoing collaboration with TurboTax professionals. Onsite presence is required, with flexibility around hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or strongly preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience (federal and state).
• Experience with tax advisory services beyond filing is a plus.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends and full/part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long-term relationships in the local community.
