Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering full-service tax returns, expert tax advice, and software support. You will connect clients with a broader team of specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit solutions and help grow your local business.

You will actively build relationships in the community, drive client loyalty, and ensure a seamless customer experience across in-person meetings and Intuit tools throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios and deductions while maintaining accuracy.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States and have an active state license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with teammates across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via technology.
