Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will work with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes strong tax knowledge, active PTIN, and collaboration across Intuit's ecosystem, with opportunities for career development and training.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• EA/CPA/Attorney credential preferred with tax expertise.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including deductions optimization and amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Guide clients through interconnected Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via digital tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
