Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers in-person with tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, using your tax knowledge to tailor solutions for individual or business needs.

The role emphasizes community engagement, building a client base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences with marketing support and software tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage in front-facing retail work.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Build long-term relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the local market.
