Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax experts to provide on-site, full-service tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneу with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and virtual interactions.
