Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, prep, and guidance to customers in a retail setting.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires an active EA/CPA or attorney license, PTIN, and experience filing many 1040s. You will build relationships in the local community, support marketing initiatives, and help clients maximize refunds using TurboTax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and state licenses as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and offer planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build local community relationships.
