Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships in collaboration with Intuit marketing and community initiatives. Role emphasizes hands-on tax work, community outreach, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging the local community and participating in marketing efforts.
