Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax scenarios with personalized language and clear explanations. You will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and participate in on-site marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear, language-accessible tax guidance.
