Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to be on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to clients, building trust and driving loyalty in the community.

As a pro who engages customers, you’ll grow your local client base, collaborate with marketing efforts, and uphold Intuit’s service standards while wearing a TurboTax uniform in a front-facing role.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN and state licenses/certificates as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours per week, in a retail location.
• Ability to build local community relationships and client base.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail setting.
