Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to build lasting client relationships and community presence.

As a friendly, professional ambassador, you’ll engage prospects, drive local marketing efforts, and help grow TurboTax’s client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes accessible and approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create an exceptional client experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
