Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice to customers in person.

You will build local client relationships, participate in marketing efforts, and represent TurboTax as a trusted community ambassador while meeting minimum hours and wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
• Lead and participate with the support of TurboTax in local marketing, making the topic of taxes accessible and approachable.
