Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support while helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will build local client relationships, participate in marketing efforts, and represent TurboTax in the community, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns.
• Must reside in United States and be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
