Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist in-person customers with tax preparation and software support, building a local client base while delivering trusted advice in a collaborative team setting.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax credentials, and a drive to grow community relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a client-focused approach.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and leverage TurboTax resources to grow the client base.
