Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role involves in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to empower customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
