Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, performing in-person tax return preparation, tax planning, and software support, while building relationships with customers and the local community.

You will be part of a collaborative team, engage prospects, and help grow TurboTax’s client base, supported by marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related state licenses or permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns filing (30+ 1040s per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• U.S. residency required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and be the public face in the community.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan futures.
• Use government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver tax solutions.
