This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to empower customers with accurate tax solutions. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing TurboTax’s presence in your local community and delivering a best-in-class customer experience at a retail

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must maintain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be willing to work at a TurboTax retail location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Build local client relationships and broaden TurboTax market in the community.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service in a retail environment.
