Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in-person.

You will build relationships, attract new clients, and contribute to local marketing efforts while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Experience with Circular 230 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear language.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and partnerships.
