You will act as a trusted tax advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships within the local community. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in-person, while driving client growth and leveraging marketing resources to expand TurboTax’s local presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
