Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll assist customers with in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help them navigate complex tax situations.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base through proactive outreach and local marketing, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license and on-site availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses may apply.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and on-site TurboTax locations.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and growing clients locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
