Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving loyalty within the community.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• PTIN must be held to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build ongoing client relationships.
