Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, combining tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, grow the local client base, and build long-term relationships while leveraging TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador.
• Engage with new prospects and convert inquiries into long-term clients with local marketing support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
