Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge to optimize deductions and refunds. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and participate in community outreach with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and engage with the community with marketing support.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and use government/professional resources as needed.
• Assist customers with questions and ensure a best-in-class experience.
