Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional service.

You will engage with the community, conduct discovery sessions, and leverage company resources to optimize deductions and refunds.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including Sundays.
• Interested in building local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients meet financial goals.
