Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing a loyal client base.

As a trusted advisor in a retail setting, you will engage with customers, lead community outreach, and leverage marketing resources to expand your local presence and prosper with the TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into lifelong clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business scenarios.
• Deliver a Best in Class customer experience by maintaining professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
