Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software/product support while engaging with the local community to attract new clients and build lasting relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to help customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal+state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
