Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in locations across the United States. This on-site role focuses on in-person tax preparation, personalized advice, and helping clients navigate their tax needs.

You will engage with the local community, grow the TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver a superior customer experience. Must be able to work weekends and wear a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, building long-term client relationships.
