Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

In this role you will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, helping them navigate complex returns and maximize refunds. You will also help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and proactive outreach, delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a busy front-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• 3+ years preparing 1040 tax returns with 30+ per season using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours/week; US residency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Provide tax advice and calculations for various situations.
• Lead community outreach and client acquisition initiatives.
• Deliver a best-in-class in-person customer experience.
