Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers while growing the local client base and delivering outstanding service.

Qualified candidates hold an EA/CPA/Attorney license with at least 3 years of experience filing many returns, and are comfortable working 20+ hours weekly onsite.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and support local marketing efforts.
