Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, including California. As a Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them maximize refunds.

This role emphasizes community outreach, growing the local client base, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a front‑facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience.
• Experience with tax software and client advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver software support and maximize client refunds.
• Engage with the community to grow the local client base.
• Offer exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
