Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team at one of our on-site locations across the United States, including California. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, and act as a trusted advisor in a retail setting.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will also help grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and work a flexible onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours weekly.
• Experience with tax software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advisory services to TurboTax customers.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
