Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform in‑person taxreturn preparation, provide tax advice, and help clients navigate tax needs with clarity and care.

You’ll grow TurboTax’s client base locally, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with a marketing network to build a thriving local practice. Flexibility to serve as a trusted advisor is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location with 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Engage in local marketing and prospect conversion to long-term clients.
• Develop community relationships and represent TurboTax locally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on tax strategies.
