Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, calculations, and product support, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients navigate complex tax situations and maximize refunds. You will also play a key role in growing the client base and fostering local relationships, leveraging marketing support and software to build a thriving business within your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Ability to work Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in-person and via Intuit tools.
