Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for year-round, on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a local TurboTax location. You will provide tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with Intuit services while growing the local client base and delivering end-to-end support.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, handle complex scenarios, and help clients plan for future taxes. Onsite hours typically 8am–5pm, with a focus on community engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Capture client financial context to coordinate with specialists.
