Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, client relationships, and end-to-end Intuit service in-person and virtually.

As a Local Service Expert, you will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients to a broader team for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience with professional, empathetic service.
