Intuit, Inc. in the United States is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

The role emphasizes local community growth, client relationships, and cross-selling Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Strong tax knowledge and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTIN and have strong federal/state filing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Completion of required training and compliance programs.
• Uniforms worn; may be used in promotional materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize taxes, and perform amendments.
• Build trusted relationships and grow local client base.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists across Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience; support marketing initiatives.
