Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, helping them maximize refunds and plan for future taxes, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

This role emphasizes community outreach, client relationship building, and leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem of services to address comprehensive financial needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Spanish or bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term engagements with ongoing support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
