Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to both in-person and virtual clients, sitting with the customer through complex tax scenarios.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow your client base, build relationships, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end services including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential and active PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online social presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base for TurboTax.
• Own your market through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
