Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You’ll build a personal relationship with clients, uncover deductions, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing tools to establish and sustain long-term relationships within your market.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and cross-sell services where appropriate.
• Engage with the community through events and local marketing initiatives.
