Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist with in-person and virtual engagements.
