Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building relationships and growing your local book of business.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a complete financial solution, while delivering outstanding customer experiences through modern tools and community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training and cross-training of other products.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - complete preparation services for TurboTax clients and offer tax advice for personal and business scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other services.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure client satisfaction and smooth use of TurboTax tools.
