Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering loyalty. You’ll work as part of a team of financial experts, applying your tax expertise to tailor solutions in plain language and helping customers navigate their tax needs in a community

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador and build the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and grow long-term client relationships with local communities.
