Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients.

On-site, part-time, you will act as a community ambassador, grow your client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and leverage marketing resources to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience (federal/state 1040).
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• On-site at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and build your client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person.
