• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state individual returns using professional software.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
