Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and support to customers in-person, while building local relationships and growing the client base.

As a frontline ambassador, you will leverage TurboTax tools and marketing support to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, promote community engagement, and ensure compliant, accurate tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
