Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, serving clients in person and building local relationships.

Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required, with a minimum of 3 years filing 30+ returns per season. Roles are non-exempt, 20+ hours/week, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Must be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates as needed.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
