Intuit seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with tax professionals, handle both simple and complex returns, build local relationships, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services. This role emphasizes community engagement and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required; EA/CPA/Attorney preferred.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory with Intuit training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through community outreach, referrals, and events.
• Bridge clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and lasting client relationships.
