Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You’ll provide tax preparation, advice, and software support on-site, serving as a trusted advisor in a community setting.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with prospects, and help customers achieve favorable tax outcomes while representing Intuit professionally in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite retail environment requirements.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engage with prospects, and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing tax questions.
