Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer holistic services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Maintain high-quality customer experience in-person and via video tools.
