Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide tax advice and full preparation services on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support for each client. Beyond tax filing, you will grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the community ambassador while using Intuit tools to solve complex tax scenarios and

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with clients.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
