Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients in person using TurboTax tools.

You will engage with the community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while promoting Intuit’s mission of empowering financial prosperity. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence, with hours that flex around peak demand, including Sundays.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep (30+ 1040s) per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Offer exceptional customer service and build trust with clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
